  1. I'm a huge fan of seafood - in risottos, pastas, and seafood burgers, to name a few. However, I do think that the BEST way to eat fresh seafood is steamed or broiled, with minimal spices. It is so delicious all on its own!

  4. Girl, you're making my mouth water! I'm a native South Floridian and the only thing missing is dessert - authentic key lime pie (not that yucky fake green stuff!). As I was on number two I was thinking, "She's gotta have grouper on here!" And there it was! YUM! That looks so good. I've got to try that recipe!

  5. All of these sound easy enough to make! I really love the simplicity of the shrimp scampi and also because it is such a good seafood dish! Could definitely incorporate these into a weeknight dinner!

  7. We don't cook lobster just because it's difficult to find a good supplier that offers decent pricing. It's so expensive here but it's one of our favorite seafood to eat in a restaurant. Shrimp Scampi is so delicious with rice!
