FAMILY FUN DAY AT OLD MCMICKYS FARM

Hello all,

I love living in the great state of Florida. There is an abundance of things to do here. Whether its for you or your family, there is a lot.  My grandkids love having experiences with animals, so I seek out the most fun and entertaining things to do!

Recently we had the privilege of visiting Old McMicky's Farm. It has professionally guided farm tours, and kids can interact and pets all kinds of farm animals! My grandchildren loved being able to hold and pet the chickens! You can also pet rabbits, donkeys, pigs goats. They also had horses that you can ride!  And another of the kids favorites, they got to milk a cow! They also have an abundance of turkeys making their rounds  around the farm!

Besides interacting with the animals, the tour guide gave us information about the animals, and they had an educational table set up where we stopped on the tour where they showed us a turtle shells, and some shells from other animals, and told us about them.

They also have many building on their farm. One was a barn that had an amazing slide going through it the kids loved! They also have a place for birthday parties and weddings, festivals, or what ever fun event you need to have planned. Its also on the water, so you get a nice cold breeze to fight off the heat of the day!
